Guys if you check m smooth in the game console after applying this fix by typing m smooth in it resets the value back to default 1. Right click on doom eternal in steam properties set launch options set m smoothing 0 worked perfectly. So the thing is doom eternal runs exclusively on the vulkan api unlike doom 16 which used to run on opengl by default and vulkan was optional.

Sse4 2 is supported by all modern intel processors 2010 and newer and amd fx 4100 athlon x4 and higher. However fxaa can not eliminate all the jagginess in this game and smaa does nearly nothing.
